Boat Charters Bay of Islands

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to 7 days from your boat charters incur a $250 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of your boat charters will be charged a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100%.
In the unlikely event that Cool Change Charters cancels, the total fee is fully refunded, unless an alternative date can be arranged.

Payment for Boat Charters

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to departure. To pay online using your credit card, please click on the Paymate button below.

Smoking

We do not permit smoking on board.

Property

Although every care is taken, Cool Change Charters shall not be held responsible for any property lost or damage and/or any damages resulting in death or personal injury which may arise whilst on board or otherwise utilising our services.

Confidentiality

All contact details submitted on this website will be used by Cool Change Charters for the sole purpose of contacting clients. We will not give your email address to anyone!
